Divine Domes – Terms and Conditions

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure each reservation. For all bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation must be paid at the time of making the reservation. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Bpay and EFT for online and phone bookings.

Final payment dates for bookings are due 14 days prior to arrival.

Accommodation bookings will be required to provide a credit card as security against incidentals during your stay. If there is no credit card on the booking, a $200 cash bond will be required. This bond will be refunded on departure.

Payment Options

Credit Card: Is accepted for online bookings and phone bookings.
Please note payments made by Credit Card will include the 1.65% bank surcharge.

EFT: Is accepted for online bookings and phone bookings.

BPay: Is accepted for online bookings and phone bookings. A bank surcharge of $1.50 per transaction will be charged.

Cancellation/ Refund/ Booking Policy

Cancellations relating to COVID-19 or a Natural Disaster:

We offer flexible booking arrangements for those impacted by COVID-19 or a natural disaster and allow for changes to stay dates, 12-month credits or refunds without penalty.

All other cancellations:

When you cancel your booking, fees may be charged under the following circumstances:

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 13-3 days of arrival, unless we can fill the booking which has been reserved for you, you will forfeit 50% of your first night’s payment.
• Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s accommodation/site rate.

Any refunds due will be processed to the same payment method which was used to pay for the booking.

Credits:

• Credits can only be taken on direct bookings and excludes any bookings via online travel agents (Expedia, Wotif, Booking.com etc.)
• Monies paid against a booking that has been cancelled as per the cancellation terms can be held in credit for a future booking.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date a booking was cancelled.
• Credits may be refundable for up to 12 months, if a refund was applicable at time of cancellation. After this point any monies paid are forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled due to COVID-19 are valid for 24 months from the cancellation date.  If a refund was applicable at time of cancellation, these credits are refundable for up to 24 months and after this point any monies paid are forfeited.

General terms

We do not accept bookings from persons under the age of 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation where this condition is not met.

 

No Party Policy

Divine Domes has a strict no party policy unless all domes are booked as one group. In the event that any dome/guest is identified as having additional unregistered members staying, Divine Domes has the right to immediately request all occupants of the dome including the guest who has registered for the dome to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the accommodation is non refundable. In addition the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the dome, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

No Child/Pet Policy

Divine Domes is a child and pet free property.  Only guests 18years and over are permitted to stay.

Privacy

When you make a booking with us and when you stay with us, we collect certain personal information from you. By making a booking you consent to your personal information being collected by us and for us to use that information in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. Access to, and correction or deletion of, the personal information we collect from you is dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No Smoking Policy

Divine Domes is a non-smoking venue.  At no time can you smoking/vape within the domes or any shared areas.  A penalty of $250 will be charged if there is evidence of smoking during your stay.

Damages, Breakage and Stolen Items Policy

Divine Domes reserves the right to pass on additional cleaning or damage charges if required.  All guests are expected to respect our property and the original items contained within the domes.  Any items found stolen will also be charged to the credit card provided.
